Hatbox Theatre, LLC is a live performance arts space located at The Steeplegate Mall (270 Loudon Road) in Concord, NH directly across from the 99 restaurant. We are on the south side of the mall to the left of ALTITUDE (the opposite side of the building from The Zoo) with our own entrance and parking right in front of the theatre.
The 4,500 square foot space currently has up to 99 seats in a thrust-style setting (three-sided seating). Hatbox has easy accessibility directly from the parking area with designated parking spots in front of the theatre, a front row of seats on the ground level and two wheelchair accessible seating positions generally at either end of the front center row with companion seats which may be reserved ahead of time.
NO LATE SEATING
With general seating and having no lobby or buffer between the outside and the performance space, we have a NO LATE SEATING policy. DIRECTIONS
From I-93: TAKE Exit 15E (I-393). Three miles to Exit 3 (Route 106). RIGHT OFF EXIT onto Route 106 South. At SECOND STOP LIGHT turn RIGHT (not including the one at the end of Exit 3) onto D’AMANTE DRIVE. FIRST RIGHT then LEFT onto mall access road. RIGHT into parking lot. HATBOX THEATRE will be on your right just past THE BON TON. Sign over door (do not go into mall, we have a separate entrance). NOTE: Friday evenings congestion can be very heavy between I-89 and 393, so we suggest allowing extra time for arrival.
From downtown Concord via Loudon Road (approximately 3 miles from Main Street): Turn RIGHT (not including the one at the end of Exit 3) onto D’AMANTE DRIVE (just past STARBUCKS, then SHAWS on your right). FIRST LEFT (at light, right hand lane), then VEER RIGHT onto mall access road. FIRST LEFT (immediate) into parking lot. HATBOX THEATRE will be on your left just past THE BON TON. Sign over door (do not go into mall, we have a separate entrance).
