HATBOX THEATRE ASSOCIATION IS NOW A TAX-EXEMPT CHARITY!
The Board of Directors of Hatbox Theatre Association Inc is pleased to announce that it has received its designation as a Section 501(c)3 organization from the Internal Revenue Service. Hatbox Theatre Association will become responsible for day-to-day theatre operations. This will now allow the Association to receive tax deductible bequests and gifts to support its mission — just in time to help facilitate its move to a more permanent home.
Hatbox Theatre Association welcomes individuals who would like to join its Board of Directors and help create the next iteration of Hatbox. We are looking for volunteers who can assist with technical needs such as box office operations, social media activity, and other day-to-day administrative functions.
Hatbox also needs your continued financial support. Funds are urgently needed to continue bringing our unique brand of intimate theatre experiences to the community.
